I caught them in St. Louis in 2007. I had low expectations for the show, given how long it had been since they had been together, DLR's voice being shot, etc. Chalked the positive reviews of the show in other cities up to rabid fandom. Boy was I dead wrong. Seriously, when I saw them, it was the best friggin' concert I have ever been to. They were all on point. DLR's voice was fantastic, and it was a one giant party atmosphere.

This news is friggin' fantastic!!!!! Can't wait to see them again, and can't wait for the new album!!! (okay, I have low expectations for the album, but honestly, who cares? They're going to tour again!!!!)

Well, it's not the "actual" Van Halen without Michael Anthony, but it's still pretty cool. I was afraid Roth wouldn't be able to hit those notes, but from the sounds of it, he can still rock. Looking forward to hearing the new album when it streets.

I've got all of Eddie's EVH gear, I only perform with that. I would love to meet him one day maybe he can check out my video just released. I'm 17 and I want to make him proud of all he's taught me. Danny P

This is beyond cool. I saw them in 83, and then again a few years back in Oakland with Wolf (Had the Wachhovia box and finished all the Jack and Crown in the bar cabinet 750ml between me and one other guy, and yes i walked out). Best show i've attended in years, including over the Police that same year. I was so bummed when the tour was over, that they'd never do it again. This is amazing news... glad you guys had such a killer 2 months. Have to wonder if you allowed Eddy and Alex to smoke the entire time they were there in doors. Hope so...
